Refund policy
At Arlo Label, we want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your dog supplies, we offer the following returns policy:
Return Time Frame
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return items for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
If the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days to report this. In this instance, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or email confirmation) is required to process your return.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
If you prefer, you may opt for an exchange for another product of equal value or store credit.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at hello@arlolabel.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. You will then receive an email including the instructions for your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damaged item(s) to process your claim. We will then arrange for a replacement or full refund, upon receiving the item/items.
Exchanges for Size/Style
If the item doesn’t fit or you want a different colour/style, you may exchange it within 14 days. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Exceptions
If you purchased sale or clearance items, these are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.
